Return & Exchange Policy

 

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise specified.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    To assist with the investigation, please provide photos or a short video of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

  3. Refunds
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 working days after the return is approved.
    Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and hygiene products, personalized/customized orders, and perishable or intimate items cannot be returned.

  5. How to Start a Return

    Follow the instructions provided by our team for packaging and shipment.
